Vincent Ngai, PharmD

Pharmacist Ngai earned his bachelors at UCLA in Biochemistry and completed Pharmacy School at Shenandoah University. After graduation, he worked at CVS as a graveyard and floater pharmacist before taking on a pharmacy manager position with Rite Aid in Los Angeles, CA. He worked in a clinical and management role for Rite Aid for 10 years before transitioning into independent pharmacy. Currently, he is the operations manager at Vital Signs Primary Care, where he manages the day to day operations of the medical clinic, as well as contribute clinically to the medical team with regards to medication therapy. His decade-long stint in corporate retail pharmacy has greatly improved his ability to deliver high quality, effective, and results driven care to his community.

Wei earned her Master’s degree in Nursing Science from West Coast University and brings over 17 years of experience to our practice. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she provides compassionate care in both psychiatric and primary care settings. Her diverse background in surgical centers and hospice care makes her a versatile and empathetic provider, ready to meet the varied needs of our patients.

Dr. Zhang received her medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital in Pennsylvania. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that’s easy to access, full-service, and refreshingly stress-free—because let’s face it, healthcare shouldn’t feel hard. She believes in making patients the true partners in their health journey, empowering them through collaboration and shared decision-making. With a warm, approachable style and a commitment to building real, trusting relationships, Dr. Zhang makes taking care of your health feel a whole lot easier—and maybe even enjoyable.
